I was sent an email of a Candidate Handbook - which the rep could not navigate me through even though she said this was the polices they follow nor did this handbook have any of the information I was asking for. I asked the representative if the following information regarding not having to pay a fee being I only failed 1 portion (half) of my test was accurate, I was told "you must pay another $210, to reschedule." When I asked for something in writing that states even if you failed half of your test there is a fee of $210 dollars (the same amount you pay when taking the whole exam). When I called, I was bounced around to 5 different reps in different departments until I finally spoke to someone who could assist me by that time I had already spent 1 hour and 30 min on the phone and I was happy that I could now be able to move forward with rescheduling my exam and have my questions answered. The *** website doesn't state that either, the Candidate Handbook they also sent me doesn't state the fee amount only the amount if you fail completely or need to schedule a first time test. No where on my WA state department of licensing score report does it say you must pay another $210 to take the failed portion of test or ANY fee for that matter. I was told by professionals who ran my real estate course for my official 90 hours to even qualify to take the exam had stated no fee being involved if you fail one portion and passed the other on the exam, just that you had to wait 24 hours to take it again. I had taken my exam and passed the state portion of my real estate exam and failed my national portion. The issue I am writing to you about is this pervious concern that occurred on April 12th, 2023. It seems as so, that even the supervisors are not willing to take action to insure that their employees are handling their job with professionalism, care and great customer ********************. I have called and spoken to well over 12 representatives and 2 supervisors in total within the last 2 months, each time I am left with horrible customer **********************, false information, lack of information, lack of care or wanting to resolve any issues or concerns I may have. I have been dealing with the third party service who's been hired to schedule real estate brokers examinations in ********, they process the payments, the do the scheduling/rescheduling as far as I'm concerned. ![]() ![]() Only say sorry, and never gave me any explanation.Really unreliable.Additionally, I was not comfortable with the situation during the exam.Their staff was constantly coming in and out of the testing room due to system issues, talking to some candidates, and talking on the phone about system issues.On and 11 of their Candidate Handbook, Section of "Misconduct"Their staff was the only one create a disturbance.It's been almost 2 weeks since I took the exam, and they still have not given me anything which they obligate to provide.Maybe I should contact my attorney this week for legal action. I am extremely frustrated and speechless by these unprofessional, unreliable, and untrustworthy people of PSI.I took a ******* Salesperson Exam on April 4th, Tuesday at 1:00pm, and finished around 4:00pm at LOCATION 1: ********** (***********************************************************), Seat# **.According to their Candidate Handbook, I was supposed to get my result with either "Certification of Accuracy Statement" or "Score Report (will indicate results, including the number correct in each content area)" immediately following my Exam.However, the staff told me that they could not print out anything due to technical problem, so I have to contact PSI to get my results.I sent an email to PSI 3 times and warned them on the 3rd email that I will contact my attorney for legal action and report to the Commission and the ****************.PSI's response ware: "I have sent an email to our score report team to ask for an update in regards to your score report that you do not receive.Once we have an update we will let you know as soon as possible." "I will be reaching out to our score report team again to check on your score report.
